WHERE ARE THE SCARVES MADE?
Once again, we want to produce as close as possible, and Lyon being the epicenter of silk expertise, it is there that we decided to have our silk squares produced.
CAN WE RETURN OU EXCHANGE A PRODUCT ?
You have 14 days to return or request an exchange if the product has not been used, is intact and the labels have not been torn off. It must be returned in its original NEW condition with its packaging.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PAYING?
We will always try to help you as best we can. Contact us as soon as possible via the email address hello@ingacollection.com or on Instagram. If the shipment has already been made, you will have to wait until you receive your order to make an exchange. If we have not yet sent it then we will do what is necessary as far as possible.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment our products are available for delivery throughout Europe. We hope to be able to offer our wonders around the world soon.
